With the return of running back Cordarrelle Patterson to the offense, the Falcons jumped out to a 21-3 lead and held on for a 21-14 victory over Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at TIAA Bank Field. Defensively, linebacker MyKal Walker filled in for Deion Jones (shoulder injury) and led the team with 11 tackles. The Falcons improved to 5-6 on the season and stopped a two-game losing streak. The Falcons are set to host the defending World Champion Tampa Bay Bucs (9-3) on Sunday. The Bucs are early 10-point favorites.
