It's a long process, but Falcons general manager Terry Fontenot has had to oversee the stacking of the draft board. Fontenot said that he will take the best player of available and that will involve ranking the players at their respective positions. After the players are ranked, they must be given a value and grade for what round they should be taken in. Also, some players who are not scheme fits, have medical or character issues will not make the final draft board.
