A mystery that has been going on for 65 years has finally been solved. the "Boy In the Box" also known as "America's Unknown Child". On December 8, 2022, 65 years after his body was found, the boy was publicly identified as Joseph Augustus Zarelli during a press conference held by Philadelphia Police Department.
