It was an important night as Nottingham Forest didn’t so much get back to winning ways but perhaps just as importantly, got back to clean sheet ways… No team has keptmore clean sheets than Forest this season and it is that trademark that has been the bedrock of any success The Reds have had this season. Quite an obvious thing to say perhaps, but when you come away from a nil-nil home draw feeling very happy and satisfied, it underlines how traumatic it has felt to concede 11goals in the past three away games that has seen many question if Forest are finallygoing to fall from their so-called false position. With 25 goals in the premier league across this game-week you might be forgiven for feeling left out but it’s points that matter and a much needed and valuable point was earned and bankedas the Tricky Trees moved on to 48 points from 27 games this season.
