This week Coach Joe Frontier talks with Scott Russell. Russell set the Canadian Record in the Men's Javelin in 2011 at 84.81. He is a 2008 Olympian, an NCAA Champion while at Kansas University, and now he teaches Middle School Phy Ed and coaches at BASEHOR-LINWOOD High School in Kansas.
