Welcome back to your favourite Millwall pod #ThatMillwallPodcast – today’s show sees us welcome three guests on – Matt, Kev and Lee. We cover the last two games for Millwall, including that defeat on Saturday at Loftus Road which put an end to our push for the play offs.
We discuss the new season around the corner including a likely start date, plus debate who we’d like to see come in during the close season and the dead wood we’d like gone by time we kick a ball next campaign.
We also preview the final game of the season at home to Huddersfield, in a game which could see some new faces from the youth feature, and fringe players stake a claim for their position in the side next season.
During recording Aiden O’Brien released his own statement confirming his departure from The Den, we read this out and gave our own assessment of the forwards time in SE16 and how he will be a missed figure within the squad.
