Filmmaker, Paul Kemp, reached out to Toronto Today after returning from a family trip to the Dominican Republic. His 12-year old daughter tested positive for COVID-19 this past winter. The family doctor advised her not to get her second COVID shot at this time. Despite her recent infection and having received her first COVID-19 vaccination, Kemp's daughter has been ordered to quarantine from her family and remain indoors until May 4th. She continues to test negative for the virus. Kemp is frustrated by the restrictions and the lack of appeal process. LISTEN to his conversation with Greg Brady.
