Joyce Ronson has been murdered and her body has been found in an alley right before her wedding. A milkman picks out a suspect "Ozzie" in the lineup. He saw Ozzie running at the time Ronson's body was found. Ozzie's story told to the lieutenant, was that he found the dead body first.
