It's just so simple that we're truly stupid for not thinking of it sooner. The next time you've got a sore throat, skip the doctor and head to your pharmacist. The government is giving the powers to pharmacists who will soon be able to treat those ailments. Put partisan politics aside, this is a good move for Ontario.
