February is Heart Health Month.

As many of us continue working from home and fitness studios remaining shut down, Canadians should find the time to exercise to maintain a healthy heart. Getting into an exercise routine, even if it's a 30 minute walk every day, can help ease the stress of the ongoing pandemic and reaps great long term benefits.

Guest: Dr. Nandita Scott, Cardiologist, Massachusetts General Hospital.

And, to keep heart healthy, share your love of running or walking by participating in the Heart and Sole Race; in support of the Hamilton General Hospital Foundation.

Proceeds support cardiac programs at Hamilton General Hospital, which performs more cardiac surgeries than any other hospital in Ontario.

Guest: Kelly Arnott, race director.
