Despite the vast evidence to support the need for proper sleep hygiene, Statistics Canada reports that 1 in every 2 adults have trouble going to sleep or staying asleep.
Not only that, a staggering 1 in 5 adults report not feeling refreshed after a full night's rest.
Why do many of us still struggle to get a good night's rest?
Guest: Jake Mossop, (aka Nurse Jake): registered nurse, medical professional at one of Toronto's prominent mental health hospitals and WW Coach.
