A celebrity chef, dietitians and professional home economists from across Canada are celebrating by hosting a free virtual bake-along for all Canadians.

 

Think of it as one big kitchen party to celebrate Nutrition Month!

That's according to new research led by investigators at Massachusetts General Hospital.
