Participaction’s 2018 report notes 87 per cent of Canadians think we need to be more active, but 82 per cent avoid it. As well, Statistics Canada shared that only 18 per cent of Canadian adults are meeting the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity per week. Whether intentional or not, our daily routines confine us to desks, escalators and places to sit. The irony? Humans were Born To Move! So let’s get moving!

Guest: Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist, Donovan Bailey.
