Saturday, June 1 is National Health and Fitness Day; dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle. 

In Ottawa, supporters and fitness enthusiasts alike will participate in a day full of physical activity on the front lawn of the Supreme Court of Canada to advocate the importance of physical exercise.
