She is the creator of numerous children's programs including Meditating Munchkins™, Crazy for Crystals™ and Yay! Yoga™ to support children's mental health.

 

And she has a virtual conference for parents, kids and teachers.

September is Pulmonary Fibrosis Awareness Month.

 

Not only does she balance being a nurse and mother of four living with the disease,  her condition makes her at high risk of complications from COVID-19 and she has to keep her kids home from school to stay safe.

He watched his mother overcome a terrible marriage over the course of 7 years.

When she had finally had the courage to leave,  his mother woke he and his sister in the middle of night, packed a garbage bag full of clothes and then they walked  6km down a long, dark country road.

 

Now, he's walking 100km in 24 hours in support of Interval House of Hamilton.
