The FCC is looking into Stephen Colbert's faux-pas from last week where he made a joke about Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, a joke that's been labeled as homophobic by many. Colbert will not apologize, but says if he could do it again he would use language that isn't so crude. That got us talking about where and when is it acceptable to use any level of profanity in the media.
