“You will be a javelin thrower,” the coach for the Lithuanian national team told her. She had no idea what that meant.
But within two years, Inga Stasiulionyte was competing with the best. After reaching the finals in the European Championship, she was offered a scholarship to attend USC.
Years of experience in being a competitive Olympic athlete, working as a business analyst, building startups, and heading the first MIT Sports Entrepreneurship Bootcamp provided Inga with a great understanding of the challenges and needs of striving for self-realization on and off the field.
Today, Inga's clients include Oracle, Salesforce, Facebook, HubSpot, finance and medical professionals, and Olympians. She prepared athletes to become European Champions, Olympians, National Record Holders, and founders at the top of their game.
Inga leads a startup Ofounders.com, specializing in performance coaching that helps leaders achieve superior results using Olympic-standard mindset development techniques.
