He developed his own CRM platform, Bignition, after he saw the need in his clients for accessible online training and a more intuitive system to manage customer data.
He has conducted thousands of sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions with producers, and has personally trained several thousand producers in the Wedge Sales Process. His vast experience has provided him with countless hours of face to face time with insurance producers and sales leaders. In addition to being a sales training guru with a passion for helping others, Randy is a husband and father to his wife of over 30 years, Lori, and their four daughters.
