Hysterectomy is the second most common surgery for women in the United States. Yet, there is very little information available about how to prepare for and optimally heal from a hysterectomy.
In the second episode of our hysterectomy series, we are talking about everything you need to know after your hysterectomy surgery. We will discuss what you can expect after surgery, the healing and recovery process, sex after hysterectomy and how to move and exercise after your surgery. Jessica will talk about her own hysterectomy surgery and the healing process she experienced, as well as the research behind what you need to know in this area. You can feel empowered, strong and confident after a hysterectomy, and in this episode we will talk through the steps and knowledge you need to help you get there!
