She’s also a military spouse currently living in Omaha with her husband and three boys. Marita doesn’t believe in restrictive diets, but instead helps clients learn to eat nourishing foods that they actually enjoy, supporting their life and training. When not working, Marita writes for nutrition outlets and enjoys baking and working out.
