A Grayson County Grand Jury has indicted the driver, Cory Todd Foster, on a manslaughter charge in connection with Katie’s death in 2020. The district attorney’s office confirmed there is probable cause that Foster recklessly caused her death. This indictment marks a significant step forward in the pursuit of justice for Katie and her family.
