In 2015 Phil suffered a heart attack. The Doctor told him to manage stress (among other things). Phil started a daily gratitude practice. He studied what causes stress, and what helps manage it. He learned that he has a burning desire to help others manage their stress. He wrote a book and is still writing a daily post "Great Things That Happened Yesterday". The goal is to get others to de-stress by recognizing what is great in their life (and in some cases even start their own daily list). He is now working on his next book - What I Learned In Stress Management. It's based on a keynote that I deliver to virtual and live audiences (The Nine Ss of Successful Stress Management).
