She is bridging the gap between what science knows and what we are programmed to believe about our mental health! You don't need to have degrees, be a psychologist or neuroscientist to understand your mind or your brain! Our society has overcomplicated “mental illness”. She is here to simplify it so people can truly begin to heal themselves! We all deserve to live happy, joyful, and fulfilling lives! Knowledge is power!!!
Marisela is a Mental Health Advocate, Integrative Hypnotherapist, Mental Health Strategist, and Speaker.
She is also the Founder of The Life Empowerment Academy and Creator of The Life Empowerment Process.
For the last 10 years, Marisela has been helping women who continue to suffer from anxiety and depression even though they've taken the meds and done the therapy.
