My beautiful guest for today's show is my dear friend and fellow yogi Aly Paws.
Aly Paws is a yoga teacher trainer, meditation and breathwork guide, registered massage/Craniosacral Therapist, Integrative health coach and enjoys weaving in her wisdom of the energetic anatomy specifically the Chakras in her teaching.
Aly has traveled the globe since 2015 running yoga teacher training programs and retreats. She has over 1000 hrs of certifications in various styles of yoga.
Aly is also a poet and loves utilizing creativity as an outlet to express the experiences of life. Body movement and nature is her medicine. Miss Paws has a way about her that reminds people to connect to their inner child and see life through the lens of play and laughter.
