I do this by pulling back all the layers restricting health, alignment and love through an approach that is made up of a Holistic/Wholesome, Functional, and Ancestral view to get to the ROOT problem (mindset/emotions, movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, spiritual reconnection) on the road back to inner connection, acceptance, abundance and unconditional love.
