After studying hospitality and tourism in his hometown of Dublin, Alan O’Keeffe (Catalina) cut his teeth in Dublin’s famous 5 star Merrion Hotel. Wanting to travel the world, he landed in Australia and scored a job in one of Sydney’s most iconic venues. Some 15 years later and he’s become a part of the fabric of a waterfront establishment that’s been a huge influence on the culinary landscape over three decades.
