After seeing all of weddings and events cancelled or postponed Alastair McCleod (Al’FreshCo Catering) remodeled his catering business to create meals for the local community. The impact of such has created a new path for his business, where a greater connection to the growers, farmers and food lovers of the region has become an integral part of the business moving forward.
