Description

After landing the job as pastry chef at Hartsyard, Andy Bowden (Saga, Andy Bowdy Pastry) was given a license to do whatever he wanted on the dessert menu. It triggered an exploration with soft serve ice cream and impossible cakes that soon saw him garnering as much attention as the restaurant. He ventured out on his own and eventually led to opening his first ever cafe where he’s striking a balance between creativity and consumer demand.
