After becoming a father at a very young age Cuong Nguyen (Hello Auntie, Banh Meats + Co) fell into the industry out of the necessity of a full time job and a means to put food on the table. But after years playing his trade in some of Australia’s best restaurants, he’s now one of the leading purveyors of Vietnamese cuisine down under and is on a mission to change perceptions of it being ‘cheap eats’.
