With people working from home and a natural wine bar with food centered around a hulking wood oven and grill in the heart of the CBD, Dave Verheul (Embla, Saison Vermouth) knew he had to get creative and to stay afloat. He devised an at home model, opened a rooftop bar and cinema and started his own vermouth brand too.
