Growing up in a family that valued food but had a strict budget, Elizabeth Mitchell (Alberto’s Lounge) and her mum would borrow and pen through copies of Goirmet traveller form the local library. It sparked a great love for creating delicious food and a career in hospitality. After rising the ranks in some of Sydney’s best restaurants she is now part of the new wave of chefs taking australia down a new path.
