Growing up on a farm in regional Queensland, Jamie Pearce (Gambero Group) knew from a young age that he wanted to be a chef. Once he stepped foot in a commercial kitchen, he went on a wild ride in some of Brisbane and Sydney’s best restaurants, before landing the dream role of his career where he is taking one of Brisbane’s best groups into a new era.
