After growing up in a family where food was at the heart of everything, Jemma Whiteman (Ante, Newtown) felt a natural magnetism to the hospitality sector. After building her career surrounded by some of the most influential chefs of the modern era. Then she formed part of a duo that changed our perceptions of dining with the movable feast Pinbone, that they dished up in many different iterations in multiple sites. Now, she’s on the cups of a new adventure to change our perceptions of sake and prove its on par with wine when matching to cuisine – whether is Japanese cuisine or not.
