Growing up in a Chilean family Juan Hernandez (Loft Byron Bay) was always surrounded by great food and family. After struggling to find a clear career path, his parents suggested food and as soon as he started in a commercial kitchen he knew he’d found his calling. After cutting his teeth in Newcastle and Sydney he’s now become one of the leaders taking Byron Bay into a new era of hospitality.
