After signing a lease and paying a deposit award-winning chef Nigel Ward (Uccello) was set to exchange just two days after the government shut down the restaurant industry. With the plans on his dream restaurant falling through, he fell on dark times and found solace cooking for friends and neighbours before an opportunity rose to run the biggest kitchen he’s ever worked in.
