After being lured into the hospitality sector by his mum Vien Nguyen (Eddy and Wolf) discovered a new side to himself and took the plunge headfirst. After helping his mum create one of the Gold Coast’s most popular venues he and his wife opened a new venue that has helped the region take food on an exciting new path for hospitality.
