Travis and Sliwa were live at Lakers Media Day, as they started the show interviewing one of the new many Lakers, DeAndre Jordan. Then, All Star Anthony Davis came on the guys, as he talked about the ultimate goal for the season and the team having a "chip on their shoulder." Plus, another new Laker, Russell Westbrook came on with the fellas to talk about what it means to "come home" and wear the purple and gold. Also, future Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony joined Travis and Sliwa to talk about his excitement to join the Lakers and his main goal for the upcoming season. Head Coach Frank Vogel was next and he talked about the high expectations for the upcoming season and the new "physically imposing" Anthony Davis. The one and only LeBron James came on after Vogel to talk about his longivity in the game and his excitement for his new teammates. After the King joined the fellas, Trevor Ariza talked to Travis and Sliwa about putting on the purple and gold uniform for his 2nd stint and his thoughts on LeBron's long career so far. Finally to wrap up the hour, Dwight Howard was up next has he talked about coming back for his third stint with the Lakers and has he ever been around a team as loaded as this season's Lakers.
