Part One of ‘Overcome Limiting Beliefs in Under Ten Minutes’
Do you sometimes feel like you're trapped in a cage? These are profound questions to ask. What are you doing in there? Then you realize that the front door is actually open, but you never even thought of checking.
You see that it's been open this whole time. What happens next? You keep running in circles. You keep listening to the voices that are in your head and making decisions based on your limiting beliefs.

Your limiting beliefs hinder you from being the best version of yourself. They stop you from being in a place of integrity, congruence, love, and unity. They keep you playing small. Get started by being clear on what a limiting belief is. It's best if you can boil it down to one sentence.
Limiting beliefs are usually something that you've been dealing with your whole life. They could be holding you back for some time. If not your entire life. These could even be deeply felt ancestral beliefs.
The first area that you can look at is your body. You want to be able to be physical. You can get active. Release limiting beliefs stored in your physical body. Go for a run. Take a dance or a yoga class. Go for a walk. Hit the gym. Go out surfing. Go for whatever gets your body moving and your blood pumping.
You'll start to feel the physical shifts happen. When you bring the intentional release of limiting beliefs into that picture, it can be powerful. When you're in this state being very physical while in the middle of the exercise, you can release your limiting beliefs.
Part Two of ‘Overcome Limiting Beliefs in Under Ten Minutes’
 
Make a journal about limiting beliefs that stick in your mind. Allow your mind to wander, to understand it. Look at it from different angles. Write it out. It's that outward expression of what you're internally going through. What you're shifting. Circle the limiting belief. Allow words to fall onto the paper.

Pursue what brings you into a spiritual state. Sitting in meditation. Enjoy nature. It's vital to know that you're not just trying to get rid of them. We're giving those limiting beliefs a voice. Recognizing our ultimate power as the creators of our life. It's all up to you. It all depends on how you want to live.
