I wish I had a tidy bio to neatly wrap up and tie with a bow. But right now, life is messy. I am navigating grief, solo parenting a 7-year-old, and reinventing my multi-hyphenate career after losing my husband in June 2021. Professionally, I have over a decade of experience working with women as a yoga teacher, doula, lactation counselor, breastfeeding educator, and mentor. I have love writing since I could hold a pen, but grief has pushed me to explore my writing practice both as an outlet and as a serious creative pursuit. Experiencing such tremendous loss this young has taught me that I can no longer limit myself. Every morning I ask two guiding questions: “How can I be of service?” and “What can I create?”. My hope is that my current projects (TBA!) will answer both.
