A New York city based healthcare clinic is under investigation for fraudulently obtaining and distributing COVID-19 vaccinations. In reaction to these allegations, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo signing an executive order that would fine any health care provider $1-million if they are found out to have committed vaccine fraud.
