Hospitals have been inundated with coronavirus patients, causing major staffing and other resource concerns. Some health care facilities have turned to recruiting non-physician providers who may not be adequately equipped to take care of patients in order to boost their staffing. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks with Dr. Purvi Parikh, an Allergy & Infectious Disease Doctor, on how the grassroots organization Physicians for Patient’s Protection is deploying properly trained medical professionals to help during the pandemic.
