Description

Spain will begin implementing harsher lockdown measures, including major restrictions in movement, to combat a second wave of COVID-19 that has been surging for weeks. Some people are blaming the surge on the lack of contact tracing being done and overcrowding in public areas following a reopening of the country. FOX’s Trey Yingst speaks with Carlos Castellanos, Spanish journalist based in Madrid, about the new lockdown restrictions and how it is being received.
