F: Focus. What is your fear focused on? Go one level deeper. Then ask why? Why?
E: Emotions. Thought--> Physical Feelings--> Emotions--> Actions
Assess ALL the thoughts you've had first. See what positive ones FEEL different, and what various emotions could come from those emotions? What actions would you take then?
A: Actual Reality. What else could be true? (Perspective shift)
R: Risk. What is the risk for facing this fear? What is the risk for not facing the fear.
