In today's episode, our guest,  coach and therapist Courtney Stacey takes us through the basic styles of attachment, how they're formed and how they play out in our lives. She gives us insights into how we can work on more secure attachment, and we even consider how attachment style shows up in motherhood <3

Courtney is a Personal Development and Life Coach who specializes in the mind, body and spirit connection. She believes in the power of tender, loving self care and has been a student of psychology, spirituality and the mind-body connection for many years. While she is pursuing her Master's in Social Work to become a licensed therapist, she has also opened her own coaching business wherein she works with individuals and couples. Her intention is to create a safe and empowering space for clients to create and live the life of their dreams.
