Kimberly Didrikson felt she was forced out of the workforce after her second child was born. Frustrated with lack of clarity and roadmap from her employer for continuing her career midst having children, while also wanting to help other moms feel empowered with their return to work plans, she created Learning Motherhood.
Learning Motherhood's mission is to enable seamless transitions between parental leave and the return to work.
