Is it true what they say: it’s better to be safe than sorry? When looking in the Bible, Jesus never played it safe. If we’re afraid to take risks, it leaves zero room for faith and we’re not fully able to walk out our God-given calling on this earth.
The 7th and final Plague of Attitude is overcaution. Rylee challenges us this week to stop being fearful of the potential of what could happen and step into what God is calling us to do because he will never contradict his word. There is a difference between being cautious and overly cautious. We have to strip away the overcaution (also known as fear) of its control over us, seek wise counsel, and look for the opportunities in the risk. God did not promise a risk-free life, but he did promise a victorious life.
