Some people should never be allowed to handle a firearm. On March 4th 1968 a young boy was born who would, at the age of just 19, go on a rampage that saw the deaths of 7 individuals and the wounding of an additional 19. A boy who, when it was all said and done, used a number of weapons from a personal arsenal that he owned completely legally.
