PTSD is a horrible condition that can affect about 8 million adults in a given year with our Veterans and soldiers bearing the brunt of the issues. On May 4th 1999 a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran was executed for murdering an elderly woman. An attack that, if you believe his story, was brought on by a Vietnam flashback that brought him back to one of the worst moments of his life.
