February 9th: February 9th Killer (2006 and 2008)
When a case has DNA it seems like finding the killer will be an easy task. This, however, isn’t always the case. There are many different aspects of a case, of a judicial system, that need much more than just DNA and the name of a killer. On February 9th 2 women, in 2 different years, lost their lives to the same man. A man who, as far as we know, the courts know the identity of but, for one reason or another, remains uncharged for the murders he commited.
