Not everyone is meant to raise children. On September 15th 2015 a Jane Doe’s identity was finally made public and, with it, came the arrest of a woman who should not have been raising children. A woman who, despite the abuses she distributed at home, was known as a kindly woman in the community who worked closely with children.
